   None. Seriously. Read the other reviews and y'all'll see.

   Where to even begin? This is one of the nearly disorganized "organizations" I had always worked for. People were rude, unwilling to help newcomers, and leadership was completely clueless about most of the projects. The supervisors and managers were horrible and would throw their own staff under the motorbus without reason. While I was there, people quit on a almost weekly basis. Trust the other reviews!

    Search does swell piece of work. Good introduction to peacebuilding and similar fields.

    Cons

    Supervisor(southward) are often very busy and/or traveling, so it's a bit hard to accept articulate guidelines on what you should be working on; too hard to build relationships. Biggest downside is it's unpaid. Pay your interns!!!
